For a small to medium sized operation, a Glasslam licensed manufacturer has the option of a manual operation. Beginning with the tools provided in a starter kit, resin can be measured, mixed, and hand poured.

All start up operations are provided with technical training and support. The hand pour would take place utilizing a manually operated tilt table. Production can be increased as desired simply by adding more jugs.

As a manufacturer utilizing this system, increased profits are guaranteed while the financial investment remains low.

For a larger operation, the manufacturer could add to the system, an automated pump. Dispensing resin from a 450 lb drum, this pump allows for accuracy and convenience as hand mixing and pouring would be eliminated.

Financial investment still remains nominal as compared to other systems, yet efficiency and accuracy is dramatically boosted, again leading to increased profits.

The Glasslam manufacturer also has the option of fully automating the production line. In addition to a pump, this line would include a tilt table and oven. This table, with electric tilting control, allows for even resin distribution as it drives the glass into the oven.

The tilt table is built to accommodate any glass thickness, and size up to six by eight feet. This offers the manufacturer flexibility, ease of production as well as efficiency.

The addition of an oven would allow for high speed curing, approximately seven minutes curing time.

This high speed curing time enables up to 3,000 square feet of laminated glass to be produced per eight hour shift. Again quality, effectiveness, and efficiency are key benefits of this production line with the end result being increased profits.
