FAST-FLO™ IS OUR MANUAL HAND-POURED LAMINATING SOLUTION
Although we are famous for our automated Polylam™ machine which automates the lamination mixing process, our Fast-Flo™ CIP system is the perfect solution to bring the power of our three-part polyester resin interlayer to companies who cannot invest in the machinery Polylam™ requires. With Fast-Flo™ you get all of the benefits of in-house CIP laminating, but with the inexpensive manual hand-poured operation instead.
EASY-TO-USE PROCESS
Beginning with the tools provided in a Starter Kit, the resin can be measured & mixed in jugs provided and then hand poured. Production can be increased by simply using more jugs, a manual and DVD is provided and telephone technical support if needed.
INEXPENSIVE SETUP
Any small to medium sized manufacturer has the option of our manual operation, which comes with a very inexpensive start up cost. For larger companies, and higher spec projects, we recommend our high-performance polyurethane interlayer Polylam™ and its’ automated mixing system, the Polylam™ Pump.

Bevelpane™ is a beautiful reproduction using Glasslam’s modified Fast-Flo™ resin systems, taken from an original glass bevel design. Using our Fast-Flo™ system together with silicone molds our Bevelpane™ addon allows you to create beautiful window designs in the most easy way possible.
